- You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required
Non-Returnable Items

- Items marked as final sale
- Opened or used products for hygiene reasons
- Downloadable software or digital products
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide a brief explanation of why you're returning the item
- Wait for our team to send you return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to the address provided in your return authorization
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
- Send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Please note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs
- If you're returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Place a new order for the item you want
- We recommend placing the new order before returning the original item to ensure availability
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
- In most cases, we can expedite a replacement shipment
