Return Eligibility

  • It must be in the original packaging
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used products for hygiene reasons
  • Downloadable software or digital products

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide a brief explanation of why you're returning the item
  3. Wait for our team to send you return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to the address provided in your return authorization

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method
  • Send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Please note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs
  • If you're returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:

  • Follow the return process outlined above
  • Place a new order for the item you want
  • We recommend placing the new order before returning the original item to ensure availability

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
  • In most cases, we can expedite a replacement shipment
